No need to pack a chair! Maleny Music Festival provides plenty of seating for everyone. The festival area is small, the ground is flat, and there’s a concreted walking path between the two main venues and the powered campgrounds. - Is the festival wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely! Both main stages, Bunya and Platypus, are located inside wheelchair-accessible buildings. There’s also a disability access toilet at the Bunya stage and parking for those with disabilities at the southern ticket gate. Other stages are located on a flat, grassed area for easy movement. - Do you accept Companion Cards?
Yes! We welcome Companion Cards. Purchase one ticket, and simply show your current valid Companion Card at the gate for free entry for the cardholder. Both you and your companion will be granted access when you enter together. - Can I bring young children?
Definitely! The festival is all ages and family-friendly. Kids are free and teens are half price. We have a dedicated children’s tent, The Hub, with games and entertainment all weekend long. It’s a small, easy-to-navigate festival, perfect for kids, parents, and even grandma! 🎉👶👵
